The Utility Management Community

The main goal of the UMC is to promote the adoption of effective and sustainable management practices across all aspects of wastewater utility operations. Community members work to develop appropriate and timely educational and outreach tools and techniques (workshops, presentations, webinars, white papers, technical sessions, and manuals of practice) to educate and train utility managers at all levels.

UMC contains five subcommittees - Facilities Management, Finance and Administration, CIP Planning and Delivery, Strategic Organizational Practices, and Workforce Sustainability - to help target their efforts.
