Exhibitor membership is designed for firms and organizations that are suppliers and service providers to the water environment field and who decide to partner with the water quality community to do business more effectively. Exhibitor Members are typically companies that exhibit at WEF conferences and WEFTEC. If you are only sponsoring or wish to connect with your local MA, corporate membership is recommended. 

Annual Dues (US$) are based on total gross revenue in the wastewater collection and treatment field:

  • Under $1 million per year US $865
  • $1 million – $10 million per year US $1,514
  • $10 million – $50 million per year US $2,318
  • Over $50 million per year US $3,245

Up to 4 exhibitor members are presented with the Innovative Technology Award at WEFTEC. The Award recognizes members who have introduced innovative products or services related to the construction, operation, or maintenance of water resource recovery facilities. You may submit an entry from January 15 through March 31, 2025.

Exhibitor Members receive a basic listing in the WEF Buyer’s Guide. Listings by request only. New Exhibitor Members will receive a 10% discount on their first advertisement in Water Environment & Technology magazine.
