In honor of Thomas R. Camp, an outstanding educator, consultant and writer whose contributions to applied research have guided design criteria in many aspects of water pollution control.
Recognizes a WEF member who demonstrates a unique application of basic research or fundamental principles through the design or development of a wastewater collection or treatment system.
Criteria
i. Member in good standing of the Water Environment Federation.
ii. Nominations must demonstrate a unique application of basic research or fundamental principles through the design or development of a wastewater collection or treatment system.
iii. Nominations must include a complete project description.

Both the Nominee and the Nominator must be current (not expired) WEF Members, in order for the Nominee to be considered for this Award.
