Space Rates, License & Cancellation

Exhibit Space Rates: 10’ x 10’ Booth

  • WEF Exhibitor Member: $2,700, plus $95 per corner
  • Non-Member: $3,300, plus $95 per corner

Please note: The Federation has various types of memberships. Only Exhibitor Members are eligible for the discount on exhibit space.

Exhibitors are required to review the Exhibitor License Agreement prior to signing the contract. By signing the contract, exhibitor agrees to all terms and conditions of the License.

The exhibits are an extension of the educational aspect of the conference program. Products and services must be related to the water and wastewater industry. Onsite sale and/or delivery of goods ("cash and carry") is not permitted.

All new booth contracts must include full payment.

Booth Cancellation Fee Schedule:
For cancellation fee structure, refer to Exhibitor License Agreement

On or Before May 13

-Exhibitors who provide a written cancellation are liable for liquidated damages equal to 25% of the total contracted booth space fee

April 14 – 4:30 pm July 15

-Liable for 100% liquidated damages of the contracted booth space fee

After 4:30 pm June 15

-Forfeit the space and pay as 100% liquidated damages of the total contracted booth space fee
